Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer direct patient care, including medication administration, wound dressing, and vital sign monitoring, adhering strictly to established protocols and physician orders.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on comprehensive assessments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic treatment.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures, empowering them to actively participate in their recovery.
• Operate and monitor advanced medical equipment, ensuring proper functioning and patient safety during procedures and ongoing care.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid nursing license from the Emirate's Department of Health (DOH) or equivalent regulatory body.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in acute care settings, preferably in a specialized area like ICU, ER, or Oncology.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are mandatory.
