Nursing Team Lead | Pre Operative Assessment| Montefiore, Brighton and Hove| Up to Mid band 6- equivalent salary dependent on experience | Full time, Permanent | Access to training and progression opportunities The Montefiore Hospital is recruiting for a Nursing Team Lead to join us on a permanent basis to assist in the management of our Pre-Assessment unit. You will work with a supportive team that includes nurses, senior nurses and senior management, ensuring teams deliver effective patient care by providing excellent clinical and managerial leadership. Duties and responsibilities The Nursing Team Lead will provide exemplary planned care for patients while managing a team. They will ensure the team delivers effective patient care by providing appropriate clinical and managerial leadership.
