Overview and Responsibilities Nurture Teacher – SEN Location: Effingham, Surrey Salary: £34,398 - £48,913 per year (M1 - UPS1 Fringe)** Plus £5,000 Welcome bonus For Qualified Teacher* Hours: 40 hours per week - - Start time 8.15am - Finish time Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 4.45pm. Collaboration: Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to meetings and maintaining effective communication with staff and leadership. Student Progress: Set, monitor, and review personalised learning targets; assess and report on student progress to stakeholders. Planning & Reflection: Develop and evaluate lesson plans, incorporating self-reflection and curriculum developments. Student Support: Contribute to EHC plans, PEPs, and LAC reviews; manage behaviour positively in line with school policy. Professional Practice: Stay informed on autism and inclusive education to enhance teaching effectiveness.
