As a Nutanix Engineer at Kyndryl, you will be the cornerstone of a strategic initiative, working directly with the client to deliver cutting-edge virtualization solutions. You’ll be the go-to expert in Nutanix technology, leading technical projects, solving complex challenges, and shaping the future of infrastructure delivery. This is a hybrid role based in Argentina, with weekly visits to client sites in downtown Buenos Aires and Martínez. You’ll be part of a dynamic team supporting core banking infrastructure, where your expertise will make a measurable impact. As a Nutanix Engineer, you will: Administer, support, and implement Nutanix platforms with 5+ years of hands-on experience. Manage Nutanix clusters, Prism Central, Calm, and Karbon. Administer VMware environments: vSphere, ESXi, vCenter Server, HA, DRS, vMotion, and Storage vMotion. Configure and support Citrix NetScaler / ADC: load balancing, Virtual Servers, Services, and Service Groups. Collaborate directly with the client (Banco Patagonia), including weekly on-site visits in Buenos Aires Your Future at Kyndryl You will join the Kyndryl Consultant Profession, working with other Kyndryl Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional Technical Subject Matter Experts – presenting unlimited opportunities with unmatched support through our investment in your learning, training, and career growth. Who You Are Required Experience: Proven experience in hyperconverged infrastructure, distributed storage, physical and virtual networks. 5+ years of experience in Nutanix, VMware, and NetScaler environments. Desired certifications: Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP), VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, AWS/Azure. Excellent communication skills, autonomy, and client-facing attitude. Experience in the banking sector is a plus. Soft Skills: Proactive attitude and ownership mindset. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage client expectations.
