Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Team Leader to oversee a late shift in our nutraceutical manufacturing and fulfilment operations. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels.
In this hands-on role, you will lead a small team on a 2pm-10pm shift to ensure all works orders are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently. Packing our products into jars and pouches both manually and using automation.
This role involves fostering a culture of continuous improvement in alignment with Wild Nutrition’s values.

SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Essential to have experience of operating within a ‘clean room’ environment
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards such as GMP, HACCP, FDA, or similar industry requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings, provide constructive feedback, and support team development.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Production Operations:

  • Supervise Production Orders to ensure timely fulfilment, quality and accuracy. Working with relevant systems and processes.
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure efficiency and quality targets are met.
  • Packing both jars and Pouches with capsules. Utilising machinery after robust training. Manually packing finished goods into transit packaging.

Health and Safety Compliance

  • Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring safe working practices.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and address risks promptly.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce errors.
  • Provide training to upskill team members and enhance operational capabilities
  • Ensure proper storage conditions for raw materials, packaging, and finished products, adhering to regulatory and quality standards.
  • Identify and report any damaged, expired, or non-conforming products
  • Maintain accurate stock reports
