This is an exciting opportunity to join and provide a key leadership role in the Nutrient Management Boards (NMBs) across the West Wales region.
This position will provide strategic leadership at catchment level further building on the progressive and All-Wales leading work of the NMBs through the development of Catchment Plans, and delivery of on the ground improvements.
You will be managing a specialist team in supporting the Chairs of the NMBs in the delivery of the content of the Nutrient Management Plans and leading on their transition into Catchment Partnerships. This is a flexible remote/home working role with some office time and travel across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.
