Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition advice to customers through multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, social media).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ranges and developments in nutrition; monitor competitor landscape.
• Log advice contacts, safety and quality related inquiries in the CRM; input data in a timely manner.
• Ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner and complaints are identified, logged and addressed within required timeframes
