The Nutrition Associate assists in all areas of Food Service operation. Primary duties include but are not limited to collecting patient meal selections; tray assembly; nourishment, enteral feeding and formula preparation; meal and nourishment delivery to patients; tray collection; diet changes; dishwashing; cleaning and customer service. 1. Ability to bend, lift and push 2. Ability to read, write and understand English 3. Basic computer skills 4. Ability to work independently with a minimal amount of supervision 5. Ability to effectively communicate with several different areas including Nutrition Services, unit staff and supervisors 6. Ability to function in a team environment 7. Good decision-making skills 8. Food Handlers Certificate
