Must have comprehensive knowledge of, and be compliant with, specified regulatory requirements, and food safety and sanitation regulations for food service in a health care environment. Proper sanitation procedures and practices must be following to assure the cleanliness and sanitation of ware-washing, service-ware, equipment in the work area. Required Qualifications: Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire. 1 year - Customer service, computer skills, patient interaction, healthcare food service and food service experience. Healthcare food service using therapeutic diets. Experienced in use of computer applications, e.g., Word, Office etc., with focus on data input.
