What You'll Do • Participate in the Nutrition Care Process in collaboration with Registered Dietitians. • Assist with nutrition screenings, assessments, and documentation. • Provide nutrition education and wellness support to patients and residents. • Monitor food intake, weights, and nutrition-related outcomes. • Support patients with a variety of nutrition-related needs across healthcare settings. • Assist with quality improvement initiatives and nutrition-related projects. • Help improve patient outcomes through the power of Food as Medicine.
