How you’ll make an impact in this role Resident Meal Service & Portioning: Accurately portion and serve meals according to specific resident menus and therapeutic diets, ensuring high standards of presentation and an atmosphere of warmth and professional care. Sanitation & Food Safety Compliance: Execute rigorous cleaning, dishwashing, and sanitizing protocols for all kitchen equipment and dining areas while strictly adhering to infection control, hand-washing, and gloving standards. Logistics & Inventory Management: Efficiently procure, label, and store food supplies to prevent service interruptions, and safely transport food carts to nursing units according to a strict delivery schedule. Mission-Driven Collaboration: Actively participate in team-based cleanup and nourishment duties while upholding the facility’s core values (Integrity, Reverence, and Service) and maintaining resident privacy in compliance with HIPAA. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: H. S. Diploma or GED preferred.. Work Experience: Preferred Experience: One (1) to Three (3) months food service experience preferred.
