SUMMARY: The Nutrition Services Aide – Campus Deli Aid (a) is responsible for excellent customer service and the production of Kosher meals in the Campus Deli for residents, employees and visitors; (b) handles cash transactions at a cash register in the Campus Deli; and (c) assists with campus catering functions. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Education, Experience and Credentials * High school graduate or equivalent required. * ServSafe Certification preferred; certification within six months of employment required. * Previous Culinary or cooking experience preferred. * Previous work experience involving basic procedures of cash handling, sufficient to maintain accurate records preferred. * Previous experience with general convenience store operations highly preferred. * Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of efficient, safe operation of kitchen equipment.
