Nutritional II Job Responsibilities: * Prepares, sets up and serves hot and cold food items needed for customer meal services. * Preforms basic cooking duties. * Cleans and sanitizes work area, equipment, and dishes. * Maintains and sets up work area; restocking all items as needed * Perform cash register duties. * Assists with other duties as assigned Nutritional II Education and Experience Requirements: * High school graduate or equivalent preferred. * Prior experience preferred, but not required. Nutritional II Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Ability to recognize food items which are unsuitable for service. * Ability to safely utilize commercial cooking and preparation equipment * Understand and apply basic sanitation and storage principles. * Required to read, write and understand verbal and written instructions. * Possess a pleasant, respectful and enthusiastic manner toward others.
