Description Status Hours: 40 hours/week Cary Medical Center has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Nutritional Services Tech to join our dedicated Nutritional Services team! The successful candidate will perform a variety of general food service tasks and contribute to providing high-quality nutrition support for our patients and staff. Duties Include but are not limited to: Operates the dish machine following proper procedure. Checks and records temperature. Sets up tray line for service. Delivers and collects food carts and/ or trays to designated areas. Daily stock delivered to designated nursing units. Properly handles clean dishes according to safe food handling. Requirements High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred. Ability to work unsupervised and relate professionally with other hospital staff. Schedule: Varied Schedule With consideration to our patients’ and staff needs, you may need to work on days, evenings, nights, weekends and/or holidays and may need to float to other units.
