KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition, Food Science, Food Technology, or Home Economics with a minimum of 12 semester hours in food and nutrition is required.
A valid driver’s license is required.
