JOB SUMMARY Hamilton Health Center is seeking a Nutritionist I to support our WIC program by providing nutrition assessment, education, and counseling to eligible participants. This role plays a key part in promoting maternal and child health by delivering individualized nutrition care, supporting healthy outcomes, and connecting participants with essential resources. The Nutritionist I will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure participants receive high-quality, culturally responsive care.
