The beautiful Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is growing and seeking more great Therapists to help guide our patients on their journey of recovery! This if a full time position Clinician is able to create curriculum for the group off of evidenced based modalities. Provides psycho-therapeutic services to patients and their families, and serves as a member of interdisciplinary team supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy and assure the deliverance of quality treatment to patients and their families. Evaluates patient data, develops and implements a plan of care for the patient. Completes progress notes and discharge plans in a timely fashion. Ensures compliance with all treatment plan requirements including weekly review and updates with the patient. Documents treatment provided to patients in their medical record based on established case management guidelines. Completes all reports for suspected abuse as legally mandated and consistently informs supervisor. Master’s degree in Social Work or similar field required. NV LICENSURE REQUIRED Minimum one (1) year previous experience as a therapist preferred. History of working/running groups. The clinician will be responsible for creating group curriculum based on evidence-based modalities and providing psycho-therapeutic services to patients and their families as part of an interdisciplinary team. Duties also include evaluating patient data, developing and implementing care plans, completing timely documentation like progress notes and discharge plans, and ensuring compliance with treatment plan requirements.
