Work Flexibility: Field-based Position summary: This position is responsible to achieve sales quotas within an assigned group of customers and to increase Stryker’s presence in the market through leveraging resources in the assigned territory. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description) Implement sales activities and support local marketing activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goal.Support (Associate) Business Manager to formulate the sales plan and activities in accordance with local strategy, and identify market-specific needs, trends and opportunities for business growth. Maintain a close network of cooperative relationships with business partners (dealers), customers and key stakeholders. Develop and maintain a key account information system to support & monitor performance of dealers Negotiates customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy Liaise with spot dealers to maximize success rate Prepare regular sales performance analysis, forecast, and identify critical issues. Prepare reports on market trends, consumer habits, competitor information on a monthly basis Education & Experience: Bachelor holder in medicine, medical, or sales and marketing related area At least 4 years’ sales experience in medical devices or healthcare industry Proven record in channel management and key account management Physical & Mental Requirements: Excellent problem solving & interpersonal skills Results-oriented with good negotiation & communication skills Strong business sense Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally. Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
