Company Link: http://www.segula.in/en Job Description ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct sensitivity studies to identify critical design parameters influencing key vehicle attributes (e.g., NVH, ride & handling). - Plan, coordinate and participate in physical full vehicle and sub-system vehicle sensitivity testing. - Collect and postprocess test data for sensitivity studies, metric assessments, CAE model inputs and model correlation and validation. - Execute detailed finite element (FE) models of automotive components and full vehicle assemblies for NVH analysis. - Interpret both test and simulation results, identify root causes of NVH issues, and propose design modifications or countermeasures to improve vehicle NVH performance. - Interpret sensitivity analysis identifying optimisation opportunities for mass and cost. - Collaborate closely with design teams to integrate NVH performance targets into the product development process from concept to production. - Prepare comprehensive technical reports and presentations summarizing analysis findings, recommendations, and progress to cross-functional teams and management. - Stay current with the latest advancements in NVH engineering, CAE software, and automotive industry trends. - Participate in design reviews and provide expert NVH input. - Deliver Program virtual milestones. - Support cross-functional teams to deliver cost and weight objective Additional Information Note: We are only accepting candidates with authorised Australian rights.
