We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assessor/Trainer to deliver and assess the Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification. This role is ideal for someone with a background in crowd management, event safety, or public safety who is passionate about training others to ensure safe and enjoyable experiences at public events.

• Deliver engaging training sessions to learners in accordance with awarding body requirements
• Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback
• Support learners through their qualification journey, both in-person and remotely
• Maintain accurate records of learner progress and achievement
• Ensure training meets industry standards and complies with safeguarding and health & safety policies
