Do you have a passion for the Beauty industry and a talent for sharing your knowledge with others? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated freelance Trainer/Assessor to join our team and help us build a culture of continuous learning and development.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We need an experienced Trainer/Assessor who possesses:

• A background in Level 2 Facial, Level 3 Beauty Therapy, and Level 4 Laser training.
• An Assessor’s qualification, plus Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty qualifications.
• Familiarity with VTCT qualifications and the Manageassess system is desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• The ability to inspire students and foster a positive learning environment.

• Delivering vocational qualifications to our learners.

• Assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback.
• Being able to use Manageassess (But not essential, as training can be given to the right candidate)
