What you’ll gain from this program: Learning: Structured training to build core sales capabilities and a strong understanding of the healthcare market. Experience: Hands-on field exposure and On-The-Job Training under the guidance of experienced managers. Reflection: Regular coaching, feedback, and insights from seasoned leaders. What we look for: Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree from any major (science-related fields preferred), graduating in 2025–2026. Strong communication with basic English proficiency. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare industry, with high standards of integrity, ethics, and responsibility; patient-centric and motivated to succeed in sales. Willing to be assigned across Indonesia and to ride a motorbike for daily field activities (active SIM C required). Employment pathway and benefits: First 6 months – Internship: Hired as an intern with daily wage, meal and transport allowance, and accommodation support for candidates from outside Jakarta. Next 6 months – Contract Staff: Employed on a contract basis with medical benefits, sales incentives, and other benefits. Post-contract: Upon successfully passing the 6-month contract period, candidates will be appointed as permanent employees.
