Paul Hastings’ Band 1 Real Estate Department is seeking a Mid-Level Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Real Estate Development team in NY.
Ideal development candidates will have experience with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, borrower-side finance, and development transactions.
This is a unique opportunity to work on deal teams with early responsibility and client facing time. Therefore, associates will need to be highly skilled at working on the main transactional documents (e.g., drafting joint venture agreements and loan agreements).
Excellent academic credentials and law firm experience are required. Candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar. Please submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript and deal sheet.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $365,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
