Description
Identify, qualify, and pursue large business opportunities with key O&G EPC accounts across the Middle East. Collaborate with regional Sales Teams and Application Engineers during FEED stages to influence specifications and optimize technical designs. Develop and execute strategic account plans and win strategies for turnkey substations, E-House packages, and integrated electrical solutions. Serve as the primary technical and commercial point of contact with EPC stakeholders for MV, LV, and Automation solutions. Lead cross-functional pursuit teams (sales, engineering, product management, proposals) from early engagement to contract negotiation. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and EPC project pipelines to prioritize pursuit efforts. Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance to negotiate complex terms and conditions and close deals. Coordinate E-House solution delivery by engaging multiple stakeholders and collaborating with strategic partners to provide complete turnkey solutions. Drive digital solutions for predictive and condition monitoring leveraging IoT and advanced analytics. Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce for pipeline updates, lead management, and opportunity tracking. Enable AI-driven insights for operational efficiency and proactive maintenance strategies. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related technical field. Minimum 8 years in electrical or industrial automation industry, with EPC account management or large project sales experience in O&G. Medium Voltage (MV) switchgear Low Voltage (LV) switchgear/MCC Industrial Automation & Control Systems Modular E‑House solutions design and integration FEED processes and specification influence Relationship‑building and negotiation Strategic thinking and account planning Communication/presentation in English (Arabic is a plus) Proficiency in Sales Force, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI; (AutoCAD is a plus). Self‑motivation and independent work Cross‑functional collaboration and leadership Experience a dynamic blend of work and leisure in one of the world's most exciting cities.
