We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Organization & Methods Engineer (O&M Engineer) to join our Operations & Engineering Division. The ideal candidate will lead process optimization, digital transformation, and AI-driven automation initiatives to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and excellence across our global operations. This role is pivotal in shaping the next generation of smart, data-driven execution at Cardo Systems ensuring that every process, tool, and system supports our mission of operational excellence and innovation. Key Responsibilities: · Evaluate, model, and optimize cross-functional operational & development processes across R&D, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality domains. · Lead automation and IT enablement projects using advanced tools (Power Automate, Copilot, RPA, LLM-based assistants, etc.). · Drive automations & AI adoption across operational processes, from predictive analytics and workflow automation to data-driven decision support. · Establish KPIs, dashboards, and data models to measure productivity, throughput, and process maturity; implement lean and six-sigma methodologies where applicable. · Identify cost, time, and resource optimization opportunities to achieve measurable improvements in efficiency and quality. · Work closely with R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, ESG, and IT to design and implement standardized, scalable, and digital-first processes. · Support cultural adoption of automation and AI across teams through training, documentation, and structured implementation roadmaps. Requirements · B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent. · Minimum 5 years of experience as an O&M Engineer in organizations with 200+ employees. · Proven track record in process re-engineering, digital transformation, and IT/AI automation. · Experience in consumer electronics or high-tech manufacturing is highly preferred. · Strong command of process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.) and ERP/PLM/BI systems. · Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Power Automate, UiPath, Make, Zapier) and AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, LLMs). · Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven continuous improvement methodologies. · Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and excellent communication skills. · High-level proficiency in English spoken, written, and composition with the ability to produce clear, executive-level documentation and communication.
