The role:

• Planning and execution of switching operations in the medium voltage range
• Commissioning and decommissioning of energy generation plants
• Troubleshooting in the medium-voltage range of the managed power generation plants
• Taking over on-site plant responsibility
• Conducting inspections and monitoring maintenance and repair work in the managed energy parks
• Performing replacement, retrofitting and troubleshooting of OT components on site
• Accompanying, monitoring and instructing service providers on site
• Checking the personal protective equipment against falls from height (PPE against falls from height) within the team
• Ensuring complete documentation and reporting on tasks within the area of ​​responsibility
• Development, planning and implementation of recurring or ad hoc inspection programs
• Technical clarifications, problem solving, project management and root cause analysis including coordination of the necessary support from electrical engineering
• Review and creation of work instructions for maintenance and repair work
• Support with claims settlement in insurance cases
• Planning and/or responsibility for warehousing and logistics at the site
• Monitoring and compliance with HSE standards in the planning and execution of all activities
• Participation in the department-wide on-call duty

What we expect:

• Qualified technician with electrical engineering training and the prerequisites for obtaining medium-voltage switching authorization.
• An expert in PPE against falls from height is advantageous.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in the maintenance and repair, or technical operation of energy generation plants. Strong awareness of safety and environmentally hazardous situations and processes.
• Self-initiative, structured and results-oriented work style
• Analytical thinking skills and high flexibility
• Proficient use of MS Office and industry-standard software and systems
• Good written and spoken English skills; additional European languages ​​are an advantage.
• Proof of the required occupational health examinations (G41) and experience in working and rescuing at heights
• Driving licence class B
• Willingness to travel
