As our new Junior Project Manager in Nexra, you will be passionate about supporting successful project delivery, coordinating teams and stakeholders, and contributing to operational excellence. Nexra is Cadeler’s new department focused on innovative O&M solutions, driving efficiency and quality in offshore projects. In this role, you will assist in planning and executing projects, track performance, and help ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Your main tasks include: • Ensure projects meet company standards, client expectations, and safety requirements. • Plan and manage assigned O&M activities according to contracts and procedures. • Support Senior Project Managers and contribute to project governance. • Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate clear communication across teams. • Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and support corrective actions. • Review contractual deliverables and report potential deviations. • Identify and manage project risks, supporting mitigation planning. • Support tender input based on operational experience and lessons learned. • Capture and share lessons learned to drive continuous improvement. We think you will be a good match if you: Educational background: Hold a BSc or MSc in engineering or an equivalent degree. Professional experience: Have 0–2 years of experience in project management; no prior experience is required. IT skills: Are proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
