Job Description Position Overview As a O&M Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating the inspection and repair workflow for validation by the Specialist, while also providing key inputs to subcontractors and supporting prioritization based on wind window availability. Responsibilities: Demonstrate knowledge of project management related to the preparation and organization of processes, acting as the focal point for leading and structuring blade campaign strategies – including inspection and repair. Collaborate with internal teams to share technical expertise, best practices, and lessons learned. Work closely with the engineering team to enhance and optimize tool performance based on field feedback. Serve as the main point of contact for blade planning activities. Develop standard operating procedures for blade-related tasks, with a focus on safety and quality. Maintain and update documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements. Required Skills: Experience in processes related to wind farm operations, including project development, O&M planning, or blade-related activities. Proven experience with wind energy projects, particularly in planning and coordination. Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and writing abilities. Desired Skills: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Engineering preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with blade-related scopes is a plus. Experience in activity planning is a differentiator.
