Job Description O&M Weighbridge Attendant required for our Earls Gate Waste to Energy (WtE) plant, located in Grangemouth, Scotland, The Weighbridge Attendant is responsible for ensuring all weighbridge operations are run safely and efficiently and that all waste transfers are recorded accurately into the system. Main tasks: HSEQ Commitment: Ensures HSEQ compliance and hazard mitigation with site management and HSE team. Accurate Records: Manages weighbridge operations and ensures correct waste data and legal compliance. Safety & Security: Reports incidents, maintains site security, and inducts visitors and drivers. Documentation: Ensures proper documentation, compliance, and record retention. Administrative Support: Handles administrative tasks and provides coverage for colleagues as needed. This job description outlines the primary responsibilities but is not exhaustive. Duties may evolve in line with business needs and the employee’s experience and skills. Qualifications Experience in a similar role Experience/qualification in operating mobile plant, knowledge of plant operation procedures, methods, and equipment. Training on mobile plant is provided Knowledge of occupational hazards and standard safety practices and procedures HSE accredited training qualifications desirable Excellent communication (read, write, and verbal) skills in the English Language Additional Information Good package inc.
