O2C Contract to Cash SME Jr. Lead Your task and Responsabilities: Support CORE project team in preparation, implementation and open topics follow up. Preparing and co-driving fit-to-template workshops concerning implementation of CORE template in countries. Testing of new functionalities of the system – supporting UATs. Conducting exploratory testing. Guiding and supporting users in implementation of new functionalities. Documenting processes. Coordinating with global stakeholders with regards to implementation. Collaborating with third-party providers. Cutover management. Data migration Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in a business related major, Business Administration, Finance or Supply Chain Management. Alternatively an equivalent progressive working experience in Order to Cash or Supply Chain. Bill-to-cash (AR, Credit Management, Collections), Order-to-Bill (order flow, order fulfilment) or Pricing experience preferred. 5+ years of experience in Contract-to-cash or Supply Chain Management. English: Able to communicate effectively in both written and oral form. Possess strong interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills. Proactive, self-driven with "can-do" attitude • Advanced MS Office; Advanced experience with ERP systems. Advanced SAP experience; Drives results and manages complex issues to come up with a sound decision. Strong leadership and influencing skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments to meet tight deadlines. Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with key stakeholders.
