POSITION OVERVIEW • Full-scope OB/GYN position serving a diverse patient population • Split responsibilities between clinic and hospital settings • Join a non-profit organization serving underserved and uninsured patients for more than 40 years • Average group volume of 60-70 births per month • Target of approximately 20 patients per day in clinic • Opportunity to practice comprehensive women's health care within a mission-driven environment SCHEDULE • Clinic Schedule: Monday through Friday • Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM • On-Call: 10 Shifts Per Month (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base Compensation: $280,000 - $347,500 • Billable Hours Pay Model (Rate Based on Experience) • Relocation Assistance: $10,000 Out-of-State / $5,000 In-State • Student Loan Repayment: Up to $75,000 with 2-Year Commitment • Health Insurance ($500 Employer Contribution) • Dental Insurance ($500 Employer Contribution) • Employer-Paid Vision Insurance • Life Insurance (1x Annual Salary) • Short-Term Disability Coverage • Long-Term Disability Coverage • Malpractice Insurance Coverage • DEA Renewal Paid by Employer • 403(b) Retirement Plan with 3% Employer Match • 457 Retirement Plan • 15 PTO Days • 10 Sick Days • 10 Paid Holidays • 5 CME Days Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is conducting the recruitment process for this opportunity. Requirements • M.D. or D.O. REQUIRED • Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN REQUIRED • Active Georgia Medical License or Ability to Obtain REQUIRED Preferred: • Full-scope OB/GYN experience • Hospital and clinic experience • Experience serving underserved populations • Women's health leadership experience Open To: • Board Eligible Physicians • Experienced OB/GYN Physicians

Responsibilities

Provide full-scope OB/GYN care to a diverse patient population, splitting time between clinic and hospital settings. Manage an average volume of 60-70 births per month and approximately 20 clinic patients per day.
