This organization has served the community for over 40 years and is committed to providing high-quality care to underserved and uninsured patient populations. Position Highlights Full-scope OB/GYN practice Mix of clinic and hospital responsibilities Monday–Friday clinic schedule Established patient base and consistent delivery volume Mission-driven organization serving underserved populations Collaborative and supportive clinical environment Schedule & Responsibilities Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Split time between clinic and hospital coverage Average patient volume goal of 20 patients per day Group averages 60–70 births per month On-call schedule: approximately 10 shifts per month (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care Compensation & Benefits Compensation range: $280,000 – $347,500 Billable hours compensation model based on experience Relocation assistance $10,000 for out-of-state candidates $5,000 for in-state candidates This opportunity is ideal for an OB/GYN Physician seeking strong compensation, meaningful community impact, and long-term career stability in a collaborative healthcare setting.
