POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care for a diverse patient population in an established community health practice. Manage prenatal, labor, delivery, postpartum, preventive gynecologic, and surgical care including C-sections and laparoscopic procedures. Maintain a balanced schedule consisting of ambulatory clinic, surgery, and protected administrative time. Participate in a collaborative shared-call model with OB/GYN physicians and Family Medicine physicians providing obstetrical care. Round at affiliated hospitals while working alongside experienced multidisciplinary clinical teams. Deliver culturally competent care within a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center serving an underserved community. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annualized compensation equivalent of $238,400-$293,400. $10,000 sign-on bonus. $10,000 relocation assistance. Student loan repayment eligibility up to $110,000. Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Active Missouri medical license or ability to obtain licensure. Ability to provide full-scope obstetrical and gynecologic care, including surgical procedures. Comfortable participating in shared obstetrical and surgical call. Spanish bilingual skills preferred but not required.
