QUALIFICATIONS

• MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including significant experience as an OB Hospitalist.
• Prior leadership or medical director experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in physician leadership, program development, and performance improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead across multiple sites and disciplines.
• Proficiency in Epic or other electronic health record systems preferred.
