OB Surgical Scrub Tech – PRN Southern Tennessee Regional Health System – Winchester 185 Hospital Rd, Winchester, TN 37398 About the Role Join our OB Department and play a vital role in supporting Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and our Level II Special Care Nursery.  The OB Surgical Scrub Tech helps maintain a sterile environment, assists surgeons during procedures, and provides specialized support for obstetric patients.   Highlights * Schedule: PRN, covering days, nights, weekends, and holidays * Unit: 6 labor rooms, 7 postpartum rooms, 2 outpatient rooms; 700–800 deliveries per year * Length of Stay: 2–3 days * Support Staff: Nurse Techs, Unit Secretaries, OB Scrub Techs * Orientation: Tailored based on skill and experience Requirements * Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or equivalent * Certifications: BLS within 30 days of hire; CST required * At least 1 year of surgical experience (OB preferred) * Strong critical thinking, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure Why Us? * Tuition reimbursement and certification support * Self-scheduling for better work-life balance * Team-oriented culture focused on safety and patient care     Southern Tennessee Regional Health System – Winchester is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
