POSITION OVERVIEW • Full-spectrum OB/GYN role providing outpatient women’s healthcare, inpatient services, surgeries, and deliveries • Established women’s health practice focused on comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care • Opportunity for both experienced OB/GYN physicians and fourth-year residents entering practice • Collaborative clinical environment utilizing modern women’s healthcare practices and technologies • Arizona location positioned between Phoenix and Tucson offering warm climate, growth, and strong community atmosphere COMPENSATION • Annual Salary: $300,000 – $375,000 • Productivity bonus structure • Student loan repayment assistance eligibility • Relocation assistance available • Fourth-year residents signing a two-year contract eligible for graduation-to-start stipend SCHEDULE • Monday through Friday office schedule • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM clinic hours • On-call responsibilities 6–8 times monthly • 24-hour call shifts covering deliveries and surgeries • Approximately 20–25 clinic patients daily ROLE • Deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across outpatient and inpatient settings • Manage prenatal care, deliveries, gynecologic procedures, and surgical interventions • Provide preventative women’s healthcare and ongoing patient management • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient treatment planning • Lead patient care decisions with support from collaborative healthcare team • Support continuity of care and high-quality women’s health outcomes ENVIRONMENT • Outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN practice setting • Collaborative physician support structure • Team-based women’s healthcare environment • Community-focused patient population • Modern clinical workflows and technology support BENEFITS • 100% employer-paid health insurance • Dental and vision insurance available • 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match • 403(b) retirement package • 160 hours paid time off • 9 paid holidays annually • 12 sick days plus 40 hours Arizona sick pay • CME allowance of $5,000 plus 40 approved CME hours • $200 bi-weekly wellness credit • HSA contribution up to $3,500 annually • Malpractice coverage provided • Relocation assistance available Requirements • Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN REQUIRED • Clear and active Arizona medical license REQUIRED • Strong surgical and clinical women’s health skills REQUIRED • Comfortable providing full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care REQUIRED • Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED • Fourth-year residents welcome • Laborist-only candidates not being considered • Gynecology-only candidates not being considered Not ready to formally apply?
