Lovelace Women's Hospital, New Mexico’s only hospital dedicated solely to women’s health, is seeking a Board Certified OBGYN Generalist to join our established LMG Women’s Health group in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time role includes clinic, OR, and call responsibilities supported by a highly experienced midwifery team, a Level III NICU, and DaVinci Xi robotic technology. Position Highlights: Full-time, employed position (1.0 FTE) 11 physicians, 23 CNMs, 2 PAs Mix of clinic, OR, and call Monday–Friday schedule, 8am–5pm with 1-hour lunch Expected patient volume: 24+ per day Restricted call with in-house CNM support 4 hours of administrative time per week Two procedure rooms onsite; full OR access Smart Technology: Our providers use Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, and improve patient flow—leading to better work-life balance and accurate coding Qualifications: Board Certified OBGYN Minimum 1+ years of experience DEA license required Recruitment Package may include: Base salary + wRVU production incentive CME allowance Sign-on bonus Medical debt assistance + Consultative services by Navigate Student Loans Relocation allowance Residency stipend Paid malpractice coverage Health benefits + Retirement plan Marketing + practice growth assistance Free Childcare: New Mexico now offers universal, no-cost childcare for all families, eliminating copays and income limits statewide-saving physicians and APPs an average of $12,000–$14,000 per child per year while providing access to any licensed childcare setting.
