We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture, modernization, and implementation of business intelligence solutions using , (OBIEE), and . This role is pivotal in bridging legacy systems with cloud-native analytics, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance reporting environments.
The ideal candidate will provide architectural direction, define BI platform standards, guide report modernization (including pixel-perfect reports), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive actionable insights across the organization.
Primary (Must have skills)*
Power BI:
Enterprise architecture for Power BI workspaces, datasets, and governance
Strong DAX and data modeling expertise
Knowledge of deployment pipelines, service principals, and RLS/OLS implementation
Integration with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Azure services
Paginated Reports (Report Builder / SSRS):
Design and architecture of scalable paginated reporting solutions
Best practices for layout, performance tuning, and parameterization
Integration with Power BI Service and scheduled delivery planning
OBIEE (Oracle BI):
Deep knowledge of OBIEE architecture, RPD modeling, Answers, and BI Publisher
Experience in migration strategies from OBIEE to Power BI & Report Builder
System optimization, security configuration, and upgrade planning
Microsoft Fabric:
Expertise in key Fabric components (Lakehouse, OneLake, DirectLake, Data Factory, Synapse)
Architecture planning for unified data and analytics environments in Fabric
Experience with Fabric capacity planning, workspace security, and governance

Secondary Skills (Good To have)*
Proficiency in SQL and performance tuning for large-scale reporting
Familiarity with CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps and Git integration
Experience with Azure Data Services (Data Lake, Azure SQL, Synapse)
Knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Understanding of data governance, lineage, and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA)
Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
