Job Summary We are seeking a self-starter with strong technical expertise to support and advance our proactive servicing program. This individual will leverage advanced monitoring platforms such as Nexthink and other device health monitoring tools to anticipate detect and remediate issues before they impact colleague productivity. A solid understanding of ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles is essential for integrating proactive insights into workflows. Responsibilities Monitoring DEX Scores creating recommendations for improvement Creating proactive incidents for improvement in performance Creating relevant alerts dashboards reports for other teams Creating Remote Actions to fix common incidents Creating Campaigns for alerting survey and well-being of employees Sentiment analysis opinion interpretation Creation of reports on common requests from employees Plan & execute the identified solutions throughSCCM/Nexthink post Client approval. Perform Nexthink baselining activities. Maintaining Nexthink tool compliance Proficient in script language such as RPA powershell python etc Managing Nexthink campaigning activities Managing & maintaining tool health Manage tool administration Certifications Required Certified ServiceNow Administrator Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
