Description
Client Engagement & Strategy Experience in a client-facing consulting or professional services role. Strong ability to lead client discussions, shape observability strategy, and translate objectives into delivery. Practical experience defining and implementing SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs. Hands-on expertise with Grafana, Prometheus, and Elasticsearch (or equivalent). Experience defining indicators and dashboards for complex platforms. Ability to work independently and operate effectively in dynamic client environments. Strong delivery leadership: work breakdown, estimation, and coordination across distributed teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and business stakeholders. Leveraging AI for specification and development. (Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent) Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Monitor. Familiarity with Kubernetes, microservices architectures, and .NET ecosystems. Experience working with Azure IoT Hub and containerized workloads. Knowledge of high availability, multi-region, and global deployment patterns. Implementation experience with observability-as-code and alerting-as-code. Background in IoT platforms or other large-scale distributed systems. Prior experience leading global delivery teams. Knowledge of incident response and error budget management practices.
