🎯 Role Overview We are seeking a culturally attuned and clinically experienced Arabic-speaking Specialist OBGYN to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care across prenatal, natal, and postnatal stages, with a strong emphasis on patient communication, surgical expertise, and evidence-based practice. 🧠 Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed consultations and manage routine and high-risk pregnancies Perform gynecological procedures including: Cesarean sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopies D&C, colposcopy, and fertility-related interventions Provide antenatal and postnatal care with a focus on maternal and fetal well-being Collaborate with midwives, neonatologists, and anesthesiologists for integrated care Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols Participate in departmental audits, CME activities, and quality improvement initiatives Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking patients and families to ensure clarity and comfort in care delivery 📋 Qualifications & Experience Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) Certification: Specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (e.g., Arab Board, MRCOG, or equivalent) Licensure: DOH (HAAD) license or eligibility required Experience: Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a hospital or women’s health clinic Strong surgical and diagnostic skills across obstetric and gynecologic domains Excellent interpersonal and culturally sensitive communication abilities 💼 Compensation & Benefits Competitive tax-free salary Annual performance bonus Housing allowance or furnished accommodation Family medical insurance CME allowance and paid study leave Relocation support and visa sponsorship Salary: 65000 - 70000 AED Per month
