Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and board-certified Consultant OBGYN with proven leadership capabilities to join a prestigious healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide expert clinical care while also contributing to strategic planning, departmental leadership, and mentoring junior staff. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, including high-risk pregnancies and complex gynecological surgeries. Lead and supervise the OBGYN department, ensuring clinical excellence and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient-centered care plans. Participate in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, and policy development. Mentor and train junior physicians, residents, and medical students. Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and hospital protocols. Contribute to strategic planning and service development within the department. Qualifications & Experience Medical degree with specialization in obstetrics & gynecology. Board certification (e.g., American Board, FRCOG, Arab Board, or equivalent). Minimum 10 years of post-specialization experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or senior consultant role. Valid DOH (Department of Health) license or eligibility to practice in Abu Dhabi. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage. Preferred Attributes Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams. Track record of clinical innovation and quality improvement. Familiarity with electronic medical records and digital health tools. Salary: 80000 - 90000 AED Per month
