Description JOB SUMMARY At Caesars Republic Scottsdale, a Hilton Hotel, our banquets are more than just events—they’re experiences. As a Banquet Server, you’ll be at the heart of those experiences, delivering exceptional service that delights our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help make every event special. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Banquet Server, you’ll be the face of our events. In this role, you will: Provide prompt, professional service to guests during banquets and events. Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and décor. Serve food and beverages efficiently, following proper service standards. Address guest needs and special requests with a positive attitude. Work closely with the banquet team to ensure smooth and successful events. Assist with event breakdown and resetting rooms for future functions. Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel. WHAT YOU BRING We’re looking for a service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, you’ll need: Experience in banquet or restaurant service, with a focus on hospitality. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. The ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
