Primary Job Duties Responsibilities Ensure smooth office management and administrative support for OCC leadership. Facilitate efficient travel logistics for OCC staff. Manage internal communications and event planning for the department Duties Perform administrative duties for the Vice President OCC, Director OCC Standards, and OCC Managers. Coordinate all business travel including lodging and transportation for OCC personnel. Coordinate department events. Maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies; order and track new items as needed. Record official minutes for OCC Safety and other departmental meetings. Assist departmental managers with recruitment and hiring. Support the OCC Schedule Coordinator with scheduling and payroll tasks. Perform other duties as assigned by OCC leadership. Pay Rate: $16.13/hr Minimum Requirements Must have experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure Must have strong interpersonal communication skills Must be an organized self-starter with a desire to learn Physical and Other Requirements Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time Please complete the on-line application.
