Job Title: Ramp Resources/Manpower Planner Department: Resource & Commercial Planning Classification: Full-Time Job Summary As Manager of Operations, you are ultimately responsible for the execution of activities at the OCC. This includes: implementing personnel policy, holding performance and assessment interviews, and guiding staff in the event of absenteeism due to illness. You are also the point of contact on behalf of the management team for internal and external customers regarding operational problems and the progress of processes. The correct and safe use of equipment and materials is a top priority, and you ensure that this is complied with. What will you do? You implement personnel policy. This means that you guide staff in the event of absenteeism due to illness, conduct performance and assessment interviews, and coach and guide your staff. You ensure optimal personnel planning, depending on the workload. You decide on hiring temporary workers, arranging employees who are not on a roster, and announcing overtime. You are the point of contact for internal and external customers. You are responsible for drawing up damage reports for freight and materials. You will provide correct reporting of service progress, staff deployment, materials, and special features daily. You will ensure compliance with agreements made regarding work instructions, leave, and working and rest times. You will submit proposals for the purpose of conducting an efficient operation. You will ensure that quality is guaranteed and that the SLAs agreed with customers are complied with. In this position, you will report directly to the station manager Who are we looking for? An MBO+ work and thinking level. A few years of experience in a (similar) position and working environment. You have experience with management. Excellent command of the English language.
