The Clinical Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, along with performing patient transfer, and discharge activities. Individuals in this role will be responsible for all releases of Occupational Medical results, assist the Medical Review Officer (MRO), communicate results to company representatives and donors. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Ability to interact effectively, and in a supportive manner with persons of all backgrounds Sustain excellent patient interactions using clear communication and problem-solving skills Assist with MRO on Drug Screen communication with donor and / or companies Communicate efficiently to back-office staff regarding needs of patients Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information at all times Data entry of Occupational Medicine results Answer the phone in a professional manner and follow procedures for routing calls Communicate with companies and patients in a professional manner Understanding of all Occupational Medicine testing and charges for accurate billing at end of month Scanning and releasing results to the approved list per company protocols Perform other duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications: Education: High school graduate or equivalent is required. Certificate/License: None. Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience is required. #CS
