Responsibilities

We’re on the hunt for a diligent and motivated Work Health & Safety Analyst to join our team and contribute to our ongoing commitment to safety excellence.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Assist in WHS Compliance: Collaborate with our experienced WHS team to ensure that our organisation adheres to all relevant legal requirements and best practices.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyse, and interpret safety-related data to generate comprehensive reports and identify areas for improvement.
  • Incident Investigations: Assist in investigating workplace incidents, near-misses, and hazards, contributing to root cause analysis and preventive action planning.
  • Support WHS Initiatives: Contribute to the development and implementation of safety programs, policies, and procedures that promote a proactive safety culture.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with employees, managers, and external partners to raise awareness of safety matters and facilitate cooperation in maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing efforts to enhance our safety performance, staying abreast of industry developments and emerging best practices.
