Description WE ARE HIRING! We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Occupancy Specialist to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our affordable housing programs. This position will process tenant certifications, maintain occupancy records, manage applicant eligibility, and provide support to site staff. The ideal candidate will be committed to accuracy, efficiency, and upholding program integrity. In This Role, You Will: Accurately process tenant certifications and recertifications in accordance with applicable regulations and program guidelines Maintain and update occupancy records and waiting lists for properties to ensure data integrity and compliance Manage applicant eligibility screening and verification processes Monitor occupancy to ensure that the required percentage of units is rented to low-income tenants Ensure timely completion of all occupancy documentation and reporting requirements Other job duties as assigned Join our organization and be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to providing quality affordable housing and improving the lives and opportunities for people throughout Idaho and beyond.
