SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Are you a compassionate, resourceful professional with a passion for empowering residents and connecting them to vital community resources? We’re looking for a Occupancy Specialist/Resident Service Coordinator to join our team at one of Related’s affordable housing communities in Ft. Worth, TX. .The Resident Service Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the quality of life for our residents by connecting them to essential services and fostering a sense of community. This position supports residents in maintaining independence, improving health outcomes, and creating a supportive environment within the housing community.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have at least a year experience in service management, including organizing, problem-solving, and advocacy. Associate’s Degree in Social Work, Gerontology, and Psychology, Public Health or related field preferred; however, experienced professionals without a degree are also encouraged to apply.
• You are committed to exceed expectations of those around you by providing exceptional service
