JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of occupational health appointments using the Orchid diary system or similar platforms.
  • Handle confidential medical information with professionalism, ensuring accurate data entry and secure management of records.
  • Liaise with clients, clinicians, and internal teams to coordinate occupational health activities and respond to enquiries.
  • Assist in managing the team’s appointment diaries, ensuring efficient use of resources and appropriate allocation of workloads.
  • Process new business enquiries, collecting and forwarding relevant information to senior management for review.
  • Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence, filing documents, and assisting with the preparation of reports.
  • Assist with stock management, including ordering and tracking clinical supplies and equipment (e.g., spiro mouthpieces, batteries).
  • Ensure that invoicing for occupational health services is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the ongoing review and improvement of administrative systems to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Undertake any other duties as necessary
